Established in 2019, merely months before the worldwide pandemic hit, our small family-owned business is an inspiring story of perseverance and resilience. We started off with 80% of our business providing consulting services in business planning and scaling for small and medium businesses and 20% in training for our clients.
As the turn of events unfolded in 2020, we flipped our business model and focused on training and development in order to adapt to the market conditions. We redirected our efforts and focused on training courses that support personal development and professional growth such as Personal Branding, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Emotional Intelligence, Personal Finance, Resilience and Time Management.
Our change in direction proved to be effective as we are humbled and grateful to be still going on strong after 6 years. We survived and pushed through the cracks like a small plant, and we are committed to conducting training and coaching based upon our values of perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of growth and development.
Learning is a life-long process, and combined with direction and purpose, you can lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Norra carries 18 years of corporate experience in the media advertising industry and 9 years as an entrepreneur. She is a resourceful and resilient single-mother who understands discipline and sacrifice is necessary to be successful.

Haziq has 10 years of customer service experience in retail and F&B. He is skilled at dealing with customers of various backgrounds. He is good with reading facial expressions and body language. He believes that kindness can transform lives.

Tijani was a creative and fun soul who came up with the games and interactive elements. She worked in the e-sports industry as a Community Manager before her cancer relapsed. She passed away in November 2023 and is dearly missed.
