Our FOUNDER
Norra Ismail
Nxt Success was founded by Norra Ismail, a corporate trainer, facilitator, speaker and storyteller with extensive experience across corporate media, advertising, business development, entrepreneurship and professional learning.
Her professional journey began in the corporate world, where she spent 18 years working across media and advertising before moving into entrepreneurship, training and facilitation.
That experience continues to shape the way she approaches learning today.
Norra brings together professional experience, practical frameworks and lived experience to create learning that is grounded in the realities of work — while keeping sight of the people behind the roles.
Her approach is thoughtful, practical and human.
