TRAINING OUTLINE
NARRATIVE LEADERSHIP (2-days)
Turning Vision into Belief and Action
Delivery: Face-to-Face
Level: Advanced
CORE IDEA: Discover the leader within and learn to express that leadership through narrative.
Narrative Leadership is not about telling stories — it’s about creating meaning through words, presence, and purpose. This 2-day training helps senior leaders develop their authentic leadership voice — one that reflects their values, evokes trust, and aligns others to a shared vision. Participants will learn how to turn organisational goals into human narratives that connect, engage, and inspire belief and action.
1. Articulate a personal leadership narrative grounded in authenticity, values, and purpose.
2. Translate organisational vision into messages that inspire shared belief and commitment.
3. Communicate with clarity, empathy, and emotional intelligence to build trust.
4. Use narrative framing to influence decision-making and drive change.
5. Engage teams and stakeholders through meaning-making rather than messaging.
6. Reflect on how their presence, tone, and behaviour shape the stories people tell about their leadership.
